I have learnt very important lessons as an entrepreneur and one thing I have learnt is that; what you think the customer will like is not always the case.
With that in mind, how do you ensure that your product is able to satisfy your customers needs?
Always give your customers variety, let them be spoilt for choice
Do your research and see what your customers prefer. Are they looking for; style, comfort, class. What needs are they trying to meet with your product?
3.Seeing is believing
This concept applies to the Kenyan market, especially with women. We often like a product, when we see our friends with the same product. Perfect examples: plastic shoes, skinny jeans, leggings& stockings, carrying drinking water in cute bottles (hehehe!)
As a business person, if you are able to convince your customers that they look stunning in your product, they will tell their friends, who will tell their friends and BOOM! your product will gain popularity.
P.S: It is not easy to achieve the last point, but who said it cannot be done?
