Attaining the bodies above is not easy, but it can be done! DISCIPLINE IS THE KEY!!!

But

Even if you do not attain any of the above bodies, that does not mean that you should love yourself any less.

We (women especially) complain about big thighs, a jiggly butt, fat arms, huge belly and we forget to love and accept ourselves. Working on your weight so as to be a  fitter and healthier individual is good, but hating your body is bad.

LOVE YOURSELF & LOVE YOUR BODY.
