Have you ever wanted to add a positive habit to your life?

I watched this video, a Ted talk presentation by Matt Cutts and it was one of those that-makes-a-lot-of-sense-definitely-worth-trying kind of talks.  Matt Cutts talks about challenging yourself for only 30 days, it can be; learning a new sport, breaking a bad habit e.g chain smoking, trying a new activity e.g mountain climbing. The list is endless

In Matts words, try small changes because they are more sustainable and more likely to stick.

So, as January comes to an end, what new activity or habit will you try this February??
